How to get relief from Premenstrual Syndrome?

To get relief from this premenstrual syndrome, the foods and diet rich in calcium have to be taken. Around 1000 mg of Calcium is required per day for the women who are suffering with premenstrual syndrome. To meet the required calcium level, one has to drink at least three glasses of milk per day. In addition to milk, women who take vegetables, leafy vegetables and fruits are less affected from this problem.
